Liability Waiver & Release

I understand that participation in Pilates and physical fitness activities involves inherent risks — including, but not limited to, muscle strains, sprains, joint injuries, falls, and in rare cases more serious injury. I voluntarily choose to participate with full knowledge of these risks and assume all risk of injury, illness, or loss that may result.

I confirm that I am physically able to participate in exercise. I understand it is recommended that I consult a physician before beginning any exercise program, and I have done so if I have any medical condition, injury, or am pregnant. I will inform the instructor before class of any condition, injury, or limitation that may affect my ability to participate safely, and I will stop and rest if I feel faint, dizzy, or in pain.

In consideration of being permitted to participate, I — for myself, my heirs, and my personal representatives — release, waive, and agree not to sue Rubabilattes, its instructor(s), and any partners, collaborators, hosts, or venue providers (the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in a Class, including those arising from the ordinary negligence of the Released Parties, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I understand that I am responsible for my own personal belongings, and that the Released Parties are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.

I understand that Classes may be photographed or filmed for community and promotional purposes (for example, social media). If I do not wish to appear in any photos or videos, I will let the instructor know before class begins.

I have read and understood this Liability Waiver & Release and agree to its terms freely and voluntarily. When I register or check the box agreeing to this waiver at booking, that agreement has the same effect as my signature.

This waiver is governed by the laws of the state in which the Class is held. If any part of this waiver is found unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in effect.
